MM400 Outdoor Mosquito Trap: 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing 
defects. Warranty excludes misuse, negligence, and normal wear and tear. 
Proof of purchase required.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. 
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW
Governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes resolved in
