30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This includes products you have used.

How to start a return
Email sale@mrsmosquitotrap.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please tell us why you're returning it. Your feedback helps us improve. We'll reply with return instructions.

Return shipping
If your product is defective or arrived damaged, we cover it: we'll send you a prepaid return label or a replacement. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or a product is defective, email sale@mrsmosquitotrap.com with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Lures
Unopened MM01 lures can be returned for a refund. If you opened one lure to try the product, that's fine too. Lure packs that have been mostly used, such as most of a 3-pack or 6-pack, can't be refunded.

Warranty
The MM400 comes with a 3-year limited warranty. For warranty help, email sale@mrsmosquitotrap.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
