Refund policy

At Mrs. Mosquito Trap, we stand behind the quality of our products.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at sale@mrsmosquitotrap.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

ATTRACTANT LURES
Due to hygiene reasons, opened attractant lures are non-refundable unless defective.

WARRANTY
The MM400 Outdoor Mosquito Trap comes with a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.
